The Service, branded as Guide by PersonifAI, enables users to create visual travel boards, discover places through AI-powered conversation, save travel ideas from social media and blogs, and explore travel recommendations.When using the Service, you are interacting with an AI-driven conversational system and not a human operator. We provide this disclosure to comply with transparency requirements, including those under the European Union's Artificial Intelligence Act.We care about the protection and confidentiality of your personal information and have developed this Privacy Policy to describe the information we collect through the Service and to explain how it is used and to whom it may be disclosed.This Privacy Policy does not apply to any products, services, websites, or content that are offered by third parties which are governed by their respective privacy policies and practices.

The Service contains affiliate links to third-party travel platforms and booking services (such as GetYourGuide, hotels, flights, and activity providers).
AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIP DISCLOSURE: When you click on affiliate links and make bookings, PersonifAI may earn a commission from the third-party provider. This does not affect the price you pay. These commissions help support the free features of our Service.When you click on affiliate links, we may share anonymous referral tracking information with those platforms to attribute bookings. This information does not include your name, email, or other personally identifiable information, but may include anonymous tracking parameters (such as affiliate IDs or session tokens) to track conversions. We do not share your board content, travel preferences, or conversation history with affiliate partners.Our affiliate relationships do not influence the AI recommendations provided by Guide. The AI generates recommendations based on your preferences and available data, not on affiliate commission opportunities. However, when displaying other ideas, ideas nearby or options to book recommended locations or activities, we may prioritize showing affiliate partners where available.You are under no obligation to use affiliate links, and you may book travel services through any provider of your choice.
